Steve Cohen-Jones – Chief Executive Officer
Steve is a healthcare leader with more than 25 years of senior management experience across multiple sectors including the healthcare sector, general practice, Medtech and pharmaceutical, and is driven towards the advancement of better experiences and outcomes for those giving and receiving health care.
Steve has successfully led the development and growth of new products, services, brands, and businesses and has significant experience in building successful clinical and commercial relationships.
Steve’s leadership ethos is that organisational culture is the universal enabler of all other strategic imperatives, and he commits to applying a people-first approach to achieve desired outcomes.
Steve has a Bachelor's in Commerce with double major in Management and Marketing and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Karen Cunliffe – Director of Clinical Services
After joining Ramsay Health Care in 2015 I was appointed Director of Clinical Services for Attadale Rehabilitation and Glengarry Private Hospitals in April 2019. I have more than 25 years' experience in the health industry, working previously in public and private hospitals in Australia, the UK and the UAE. In addition to my nursing qualification I hold a Master of International Health Management. I feel fortunate to work with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, midwives, allied health and support staff who are committed to the Ramsay Health Care philosophy of "People Caring for People".
Bernadette Carreira – Director of Finance & Support Services
I joined the teams at Glengarry Private Hospital and Attadale Rehabilitation Centre in November 2019. I have in excess of 28 years’ experience in leading finance and operations teams across industries ranging from construction, manufacturing and health. I have completed tertiary studies in accounting, auditing and business management and enjoy the ever-changing landscape of the private health industry. I am privileged to lead the support services team across the two hospitals in striving to support the clinical teams in providing exceptional care and service for all our patients.
