Due to the fluid nature of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Ramsay Health Care visitor policy is subject to change at any time.
Following the advice from the WA Government, social distancing measures and room capacity limits on visitors (within visiting hours - see below) continue to apply. Patients admitted for day procedures are permitted to have one visitor at any time. Special requests and exemptions will be considered by the executive team on a case-by-case basis. Children are included in the visitor room capacity limits.
It’s important we provide quiet times for our patients to rest and recover. However, it can be equally important for patients to receive visitors. We do request our visiting hours are adhered to where possible.
Visiting hours are between 8am and 8pm (Monday to Sunday), we encourage maternity patients to rest between 1.00pm and 2:15pm. Please be aware that if you are visiting and treatments are required or in progress you may be asked to wait.
Locating a Patient
