Clinical Practice:
Associate Professor Kon Kozak is a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon providing excellence in all areas of Orthopaedics to the WA community for over 20 years. He is extensively trained and focuses in chronic injury, work-related injuries, degenerative conditions, sports injury surgery and reconstruction surgery. Dr Kozak has a surgical list at Hollywood Private Hospital and also operates at Glengarry Private Hospital once a fortnight
Training & Background:
A/Prof Kozac completed his medical training at the University of Western Australia and went on to achieve the following qualifications
- 1985 – Bachelor of Medicine and Orthopaedic Surgery
- 1986 – Certificate in Advanced Training and Sports Medicine
- 1993 – FRACS- Fellowship of Royal Australian College of Surgeons
- 1997 – FAOrthA – Fellowship Australian Orthopaedic Association of WA.
