Training and Background:
Geoff graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1995 and completed his orthopaedic training in Western Australia. He did his resident training at Royal Perth Hospital, before spending 12 months in the United Kingdom as an orthopaedic registrar, in 2000. He undertook his orthopaedic training in Western Australia and gained his orthopaedic fellowship in 2006.
Geoff then relocated to Toronto, Canada in 2006 where he completed his fellowship in hip and knee arthroplasty. He also travelled to St. Gallen, Switzerland where he completed his fellowship in trauma and adult reconstruction in 2007. He returned to Perth that same year and undertook further fellowship training in hand and upper limb surgery, with Mr Peter Hales, at the Perth Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Centre.
